chajiubysclab "Shuangxi: Where It All Begins"
Shuangxi is more than just a small town—it is our home. Nestled in the mountains of northern Taiwan, Shuangxi is renowned for its lush landscapes, clear streams, and tranquil atmosphere. It is a hidden gem, where fertile soil, misty weather, and a slow, unhurried pace of life create the perfect environment for growing tea. For generations, many families here—including ours—have lived in harmony with this land, cherishing its natural beauty and cultural heritage.
This is where it all started. Mikey's uncle, our tea master, taught us the art of tea—how to tend the gardens, pick the leaves with precision, and roast them with care. What he passed on was not just the technique of making tea, but also a deep respect for the land, reverence for tradition, and a commitment to preserving values handed down through generations.
Shuangxi is also where we began reimagining tea and transforming it into "ChaJiu." By blending the traditions of our hometown with a touch of creativity, we have crafted our own unique flavors—a tribute to this land and its stories.
As the younger generation, we hold deep affection for Shuangxi. It is not only where we grew up but also the root of our identity. We feel a strong sense of responsibility to carry this legacy forward—not just for ourselves, but for the future.
This humble and warm little town is our foundation, and "ChaJiu" is our way of sharing the stories of this land with all of you 🍵🌿🍂
Our tea leaves come from the high mountains of Taiwan, where the mist and soil nurture a distinct tea character. Each sparkling tea is infused with local ingredients such as Tieguanyin, longan, and osmanthus, continuing the story of Taiwan’s terroir.
We are honored to collaborate with S.C Lab to bring you alcohol-free and low-alcohol sparkling teas. More than just a cup of tea, it is a moment that connects people.
Starting from Taiwan, we want to share this pure essence with you.
✨ Each bottle of Kamizu is not just about refreshment—it is a tribute, a memory, a feeling.
